Sumatra Mandheling - Acheh Regional - Green Beans

Coffees from the Sumatra region have earthy notes and lack the acidity of central American coffees. These attributes produce a rustic, perhaps exotic sensation on the palate. We like to roast this coffee to Full City which brings out the herbal notes.

This will make a great, and interesting single-origin espresso as well.
