The farming cooperative from Namura Timuzu is organic certified and consists of 200 small lot farms. This coffee is grown in Papau New Guinea's Eastern Highlands and central rainforest area.
The coffee is picked and hand-pulped on site and then fermented in small batches. This causes the fruit-mucilage to impart a gentle flavoring into the coffee bean.
