Regional Coffee
Small coffee producing farms often pool their crops for washing, drying and bagging at a central location. This gives farmers the opportunity to process their coffee on machinery, rather than by hand - a tedious task to say the least.
Regional coffees reflect the nature of the local climate and soil conditions providing similar characteristics to single-origin coffees of the same region. Having numerous farms pool their resources also ensures we have access to larger volumes of coffee, allowing you to enjoy it all year round.
