Molasses, cocoa and hints of citrus envelope this medium-full body Honduran coffee. We roast this coffee to Vienna roast, slightly beyond second crack. The flavour profiles bring out a dark chocolate low-tone in the brew.
After decaffeination at the Vancouver Swiss Water facility, this coffee produces a strong brightness in the cup.
