Coffees from the Sumatra region have earthy notes and lack the fruit acidity of Central American coffees. These attributes produce a rustic, perhaps exotic sensation on the palate. We like to roast this coffee to Full City that brings out the herbal notes. This will make an interesting, earthy espresso that stands up to milk and cream.
