This coffee is from a group of tiny producers in the Huehuetenango region. A majority mix of Bourbon varietals are grown at up to 2,100 meters. The farmers use their own backyards for the drying of the coffees. The cup has a balanced sweetness with lots of acidity, dark cherry and caramel aromas. Try this coffee as an espresso for a shot that comes through with unusually bright fruit acidity.
